Mini Series Program Details

UNSHAKABLE, the Mini Series gifts you the opportunity to receive potent inner work mentorship and support through your participation in a series of in-depth 1:1 calls.

As an inner work facilitator and mentor, it’s my role to walk beside you as you release what’s no longer serving and boldly step into a new way of being.

I offer potent, non-biased, and compassionate insight, guidance, and support.

On this informal call we’ll chat more in-depth about the program, what areas of life you’re desiring to receive support in, and decide together if working with one another is a good fit.

After choosing an option, we’ll begin our calls.

Each call will last up to 90 minutes and will be held over the phone, or zoom is always an option as well. On these calls, we’ll dive deep into what you’re moving through or wishing to receive support in.

On each call you’ll receive relevant tools and practices.

Talking through things in order to gain a deeper sense of awareness is a necessary part of the process.

However, the only way to create lasting change in our lives is by pairing awareness WITH aligned action.

Because of this, at the end of each call you’ll walk away with practical tools and practices you can begin implementing that will support the inner work you’re doing. The practices recommended are unique for each individual but may include journaling prompts, guided inner work practices, etc.

You’ll receive a follow-up email after each call.

After each call you’ll receive an in-depth follow-up email that summarizes important topics discussed, as well as any practices recommended, so that you always have this information available to you!

Further teaching and/or encouragement relevant to you may also be shared.
